External Forces: Growing

In order to move forward, you must know where you are coming from. For me, art has always been a way to explore my environment as well as my emotions. It is a way of learning and processing, as well as celebrating and improving. My current body of work focuses on a variety of themes that affect me in both past and present, as well as the relationship between the two. Acknowledging and eventually accepting the various aspects that have shaped me is my definition of growing up.
